How it all began

In 2019, Cody and Danny met up to discuss the church, missions, and care. They shared their observations and experience with missionary burn out and attrition and the desire to see the church care well for those taking the gospel across geographic, cultural, and linguistic lines. It became apparent at that point that the Lord was doing something. They began to pray and write about what the bible says about spiritually mature frontline workers. Over the years, this has grown in to the 7 Marks of a Spiritually Healthy Frontline Worker, the core content which informs all trainings, resources, and counseling sessions. Shortly after, Patrick was asked to join the team because of his experience and like-mindedness in caring for missionaries.
