Debriefer / Counselor
Kim Seville
Kim (M.A.BC) grew up in a wonderful military family, which meant her childhood was marked by moving to a new place every 3-4 years. She thinks that this sparked a love of travel and culture in her from a young age. Her parents faithfully read her the Bible and took her to church, and at the age of 14, the Gospel captivated her heart for the first time and she believed. Later, her faith was strengthened at James Madison University through her involvement with CRU, and her time at Dallas Theological Seminary (where she earned a degree in Biblical Counseling) was foundational in helping her develop in Biblical literacy and Theology. She is married to Jason and they have four daughters and 1 son. In 2014, their family moved from Memphis, TN to East Asia so that Jason could pastor a church in that part of the world. They returned in 2020 and currently live in Alexandria, VA, where Jason pastors at Del Ray Baptist Church. In her free time, Kim enjoys being outdoors, cooking, reading and laughing with friends.

Russell Balikian
Russell grew up in Hillsdale, Michigan, where he came to know the Lord through the faithful ministry of his parents and local church. He moved to Texas in sixth grade and further grew in his faith there. Russell attended Taylor University and graduated with majors in Biblical Literature and Political Science. In God’s kindness, Russell also met his wife Amanda there. Although Russell had been considering seminary after graduation, the Lord instead led Russell into the legal field. Russell received his law degree from Yale Law School, and he and Amanda moved to the D.C. area in 2013, when Russell joined a large law firm. The Balikians have been blessed with four amazing children, and when he’s not writing legal briefs, Russell enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family and playing piano.
