EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Cody is the co-founder of Frontlines and has extensive international ministry experience in various contexts around the world. He previously oversaw global member care at International Justice Mission. He lives in the DC area with his wife and four daughters and serves as an elder at Del Ray Baptist Church.

DIRECTOR OF CONTENT & EQUIPPING

Danny is the co-founder of Frontlines and serves as an elder at Del Ray Baptist Church. He holds a Master of Arts in Religion from Redeemer Theological Seminary and is trained in biblical counseling through Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF). He previously served in East Asia and now lives in Alexandria, VA, with his wife and four kids.

DIRECTOR OF CARE & COUNSELING

Patricio holds a Master’s in Theological Studies from Liberty University and a Master’s in Counseling from Nyack College. Though clinically trained, he is passionate about the sufficiency of Scripture and helping others find healing in Jesus, particularly in the lives of missionaries. Previously living and serving overseas, he now lives in Alabama.

WOMEN’S CARE & COUNSELING LEAD

Kim has a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Jason, lived in East Asia for six years where he pastored a church in the region. Now, they reside in Alexandria, VA, and he pastors at Del Ray Baptist Church. She and Jason have four daughters and one son.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Sarah holds a degree in International Studies, with a focus on the Middle East's history and politics. She previously worked in fundraising, developing a partner engagement program at International Justice Mission. She lives with her husband and two kids in Alexandria, VA, and they are part of Del Ray Baptist Church.
