Sees everything on the platform other than care notes designated as private and can do all things.
Care Team
Assigned to specific members, interns, and/or missionaries to provide care notes; can also go through assigned pipelines within their Learning Hub.
Standard
Typically members, interns, and/or missionaries. Only has Learning Hub access for assigned training/administrative pipelines.
Profile Only
You can have as many profiles as you would like that do not have user access. These do not count against your total user count.
Dashboard
The interactive map allows you to see where all of your people are, whether searching for your members locally, or your missionaries and supported workers around the world.
Care Hub
Your one stop shop for the relational connection to your people. Whether you give your members, interns, or missionaries user access or whether you create only profiles, you will be able to access their bio – important details about them, assign care team workers to them, check pipeline progress, and add care notes that are shared with whoever you assign to them. Because we understand that some notes may want to be kept private, we have built the ability to share only with pastors.
Tasks
Whether following up with a missionary, checking in on a member on the care list, or anything in between, assign tasks to any user on the platform.
Announcements
Communicate important updates to your users such as prayer requests, ministry updates, and meeting updates.
Learning Hub
Access training and administrative pipelines that have been assigned to you such as an internship, a one-off course, or short-term mission trip process.
Library
Your simple learning management system (LMS) where you can build or curate as many courses as you desire. Your options include building lessons consisting of text, file upload, videos, quizzes, and tasks.
Pipeline Management

We will work with you to integrate the needed information from your CMS directly into your instance of the platform.
As those involved in pastoral ministry, we know how important data security is. We have built this platform with security as the most important factor. All data is encrypted and secure.
This platform grew out of the soil of pastors and churches caring for their missionaries around the world. Since then, some churches have begun using it to provide more organized and integrated care and equipping for their members and interns. We are always happy when a church uses this to shepherd for their members because we have seen how that shepherding also transfers to their missionary care efforts.
Yes, we have a growing list of missions training and missions sending agencies using this platform. One of our prayers as we have built this is that it would strengthen care across churches, agencies, and missionary training schools. Churches and agencies can now share care notes across their platform instances in order to enhance communication and care of their workers.
Through onboarding other likeminded churches, we have found that in order for this tool to truly help strengthen the care and equipping of the church, they need the right people and rhythms and expectations. With the right people in the right roles on the platform and with clearly communicated expectations, this tool can strengthen the churches care.
